I just wanted to let you all know of something that happened with this company.
I signed up for a shop for today, Friday 11/3. It was self-assigned and Friday was an available date on their calendar. I received the automated email from them acknowledging the self-assigned shop for Friday, 11/3. Once assigned, I went into the company guidelines. The guidelines specifically stated not to shop on a Friday night. I then messaged the company through their website (this was yesterday Thursday, the day I accepted the shop) and advised them of the issue. No answer. Today I went back to their website and they changed the date to tomorrow, Saturday. I did not receive any correspondence at all and certainly not about the date change. I cannot complete this shop on Saturday. I have once again messaged them through the website.
This does not seem like a good business practice and is definitely a dissatisfier for shoppers.
