Companies returning emails

I am still learning this whole thing, so I would appreciate any help...
I always check the FAQs on different sites to find answers....but I have had a few assignment-specific questions that you cant find in FAQs. I have reached out and they never repond.

Why is this? Are they THAT busy? Help, please.

And thanks to all- I have learned a lot from all of you.

This varies by company. If you have the scheduler's email address, that may be your best bet for getting an answer.

Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.
Some schedulers and MSCs are notoriously bad at responding to shoppers promptly. Yes, many are busy but that is not a valid excuse. You may think outside the box (such as reaching out via telephone or social media) but there are times when you simply won't get a response (at least in time). When all else fails, ask other shoppers here. Someone who has done the shop may be able to help you.
