I don't know about more than one account, but it could be to keep folks from phoning in the shops, or getting someone else to do them?

Who knows - maybe this MSC has an AI division, and they're using us all as free crash test dummies.
I wouldn't put it past 'em.
When they tell me why they're using my photo for apparently no reason, I'll revise my statement.@ArkLaMissshopping wrote:
Free crash test dummies? That's kind of mean to say about an MSC for apparently no reason.

It's easier to have an editor quickly check a selfie than to go dig up security footage and cross reference receipts.

I think it is pretty obvious they use is for fraud prevention. To prevent people from getting other people to do them, to prevent employees from doing them, to prevent people from making multiple accounts, to prevent offshore scammers from faking the shops, etc. $75 is a good chuck of money, and the payout is quick. I don't see any mystery. It's easier to have an editor quickly check a selfie than to go dig up security footage and cross reference receipts.
