I'm trying to input a shop and the site it glitching. I lost most of my work once (thankfully had not gotten very far), so when I got back in to the report, I did a few more questions and went to "save and exit." I've been getting the loading symbol of death for 5 minutes now. I'm not having any issues with any other site; in fact, my computer is running better than it usually does, so I'm sure it's not my system.
If I can't get any further, I guess all I can do is email the help desk and explain. And hope they'll hold the shop open till tomorrow morning. (Actually, I've found that they actually don't cancel the shop on you if it's not done within 8 hours....)

I've learned to never trust spell-check or my phone's auto-fill feature.
