I'm answering a specific email, 3x now, and it keeps bouncing back.

Scheduled incorrectly and I need to prove it to them.

Don't know what email you've tried, but here's one on their sign in page, if you haven't tried it already....shop@mercsystems.com. Also, there's a phone number listed: tel: 925-679-2600. Maybe that can help.
