The only thing I've ever seen like this was for Chase and their Southwest Airlines credit card. You had to interact with the flight attendant and see if they mentioned the credit card at any time during the flight. This was several years ago, and I don't recall the MSC.

There were similar credit card offer shops for flights on United Airlines. I did some. United Airlines credit cards are offered by Chase, so it was probably on their behalf.

I haven’t seen anything with SQM for a while. I thought they stopped doing those clients a few years ago. (2020).

SQM had several airline clients. Each suspended their programs at the start of the pandemic. The US based airline never came back, but at least one of the others, I thought, had. I just checked and see that they have no open airline shops which suggests that they aren't currently shopped.
