What is going on w/ Corporate Research?

There is an assignment that I've been trying to sign up for from two weeks ago. It states it's a weekend shop. I put the job in the "cart." When I go into my cart and click on the calendar to select the date, it doesn't allow me to select the date. I click on the gray-colored dates (which are the available dates) but it doesn't select it.

I've emailed CORI to let them know, and have yet to hear back. Meanwhile, the job is now bonused, probably because no one can select the date!

Another thing: I submitted an assignment to them and after I hit "submit" I realized I made an error. I emailed them and have yet to hear a response.

What is up with them???

They have a rotation period on many shops. You many not have hit it yet...winking smiley

Shopping Bama and parts of Georgia.
I'm still learning 24/7.
Thanks, mrcomputer101. I bet that's what's going on. I wonder why it doesn't just state that.
I have done a few shops for them and they don't respond to e-mails I have sent, but their live help has been acceptable.

The reshop period for one I just looked at was in the middle of a paragraph when looking at the details. It would have been very easy to miss.
Sometimes, the shop has been sitting, and the client has yet to approve new dates for when the shop can start. I had that issue before. It stayed on the board and was bonused ... and you could place it in your cart ... but you just couldn't select a date for it because the client hasn't gotten back with them yet.

They should pull them from the board in those cases, but they don't for some reason.
contact with them is very slow... probably cause they are a huge company... at least i assume so with the amount of companies they shop... contact is very limited... and after submitting it is not possible to change anything... but this is the same with most companies... just shoot them an email with the problem and they will get back to you... it just takes some time...

had a problem over the weekend.. thought my pictures were too fuzzy but they were not...

email sent using their contact us- 9:35pm Sun
response received- 8:33am Mon

pretty fast but that was just one example...

shopping north west PA and south west ny
This happens to me all the time. The gray ones are when you are not yet allowed to due to rotations. Look further on the calendar and you will see green dates, a week or two out. These are when you are first eligible to shop, and it says so in tiny letters. Don't worry. I had to send an e-mail as well because I couldn't figure it out, but they did reply and told me this.

...and why do the schedulers have to be so rude? Twice today I had to encounter surly comments and attitude from them. Sheesh!
They ripped 7 shops off of Ron's job board on July 3rd with no notice or explanation. He wrote to them to ask about it and got no response to date. He had developed another route based on those 7 shops, printed out all the paper work, loaded the car and was ready to leave at dawn the next day but had to cancel on other companies, but it doesn't seem to matter to CRI. No "oops" we goofed or "I'm sorry, we had to cancel those shops!"....no nothing. It's a good thing he hadn't left home yet or he would have done the seven shops without knowing they had been cancelled.

Today I Will Choose Joy!

"Finally, whatever things are good, true, noble, lovely, of good report...if there be any virtue, if there be any praise...think on these things." ....It's a command, not a suggestion!
Please do not mention the client in a thread about the company. To disclose who shops whom is a violation of your ICA with the company. The rule of thumb is that if the company is mentioned in the thread, don't mention the client and vice versa. There is an edit button in the lower right hand corner of your post to clean it up and just mention 'a gas station', for example. Thanks!
