Caliber Interactions

Has anyone worked for Caliber Interactions? I got an email from a scheduler for Summit Scheduling, but it's for this company. Thanks.

I've done shops for Caliber through Summit, though they have had nothing on their SASSIE job board in a while and nothing in my area that I know of in 2011. They may have changed their name (again). They used to be Daymon. There is apparently a sister company Triple Point that is/was also part of Daymon Interactions. The SASSIE website I have bookmarked for Caliber shows just the Caliber name, not Caliber Interactions.
I've done quite a bit of work for them, but the past few months they've had nothing in my area. They are the company that was just Caliber with Sassie (previously Daymon).
They are good to work for but their computer system is too slow at times.
They also pay reasonably quickly. I recommend them to you.
My absolute favorite =- Judith Gill is one of the best schedulers I have ever worked with and a heck of a nice woman too who is very easy to work with. And they pay right on time, the 15th and if the 15th is on a weekend - they pay early.
This is the fist company I have ever worked for. They are willing to work with your schedule too. I emailed them and told them I would do a shop on there job board if I could do another shop out there at the same time that wasnt on their schedule. They set it up so that I did both the shops I wanted and got better use of my time. This is my first month working for them so I was glad to see others that had received their pay on time. Judith was one of the schedulers involved also. "winking smiley
Friday night I signed up for three shops with Sunday due dates. It's Sunday 12:11pm and still no reply. Guess Caliber got very popular!
I had to go back and pull this post up.

I recently receive and email from summit scheduling advertising for this company. I signed up b/c it wanted shoppers in my area. They also guaranteed 16 weeks of shops at two major grocery stores.

I cannot get into the website. I tried to enter the information in the email that Caliber sent. I receive a "Welcome to Caliber Interaction, this is phrase 1, click on the link below and complete the registration." I did that.

Then I receive a "Your registration is complete email" informing me where to assigne shops. I click on that link and I receive, "this page can not be displayed." More than once. What's up with that?

My question is to the 8 posters whom posted and replied in JUly,2011, and whomever else, is this company a flake? or non existence? or going through finaces? or one of the best company you ever worked for?, and will continue to until hell freezes over or what?

I even emailed Summit Scheduling to want to know the status of this company. Would they hang shoppers out to fend for themselves. Any and all knowledge will help.

I know my PC is slow but..........

Yes that is it. They use independent schedulers. It is all getting confusing.

SUZIEBOZ and CYNB: Have you tried to go into the site in the last 10-20 minutes? Even GOOGLE looks like it is have problem displaying the web page.
A"thumbnail" shot comes up but when I click on the thumbnail. "This page cannot be displayed" opens up.

Another thing, below caliber retails insight on the Google page for Dayimon. The parent company it says to block all inquires. ???????????

Anybody else having trouble with the website?
I put my reports in earlier tonight and had no issues. Maybe they are down, I don't know. But at 1 in the morning I'm not policing the internet, try again tomorrow and chill.
Well maybe they were effected by the horrendous wind storm they had in CA earlier. I'm just worried.
I just did a shop for them last night; however, the scheduler emailed everyone advising them that the Caliber site would be down for maintenance today (Saturday) from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. EST for those shopping on Saturday. I've done several shops for this company - easy shops, pay the following month, no problems.

Signed up but the search is weird it doesn't do anything. I see no shops listed when I log into www.caliberinteractions.com and search by state, zip, whatever. Do I have to wait for ICA approval before searching, or is the site bad, or are there no shops?
They are really slow this month; it might have to do with it being Winter as last year at this time they had no shops and kicked it into high gear in spring.
No that is just the way they are. You will log on and do a search and it looks like they have absolutely no jobs at all in the US. Then you try again another day and there s a list.

Keep trying. They have good opportunities when you catch them.

Cool,
Yeah that happens for other companies. I like when prophet shows what else has been assigned. Feels egalitarian somehow.
The "horrendous windstorm" made me laugh, they predited that, and yes we had wind for about an hour, L.A. storms are so overated on the news. Since the weather all winter has been 75 to 80%, with one day of rain, gets crazy when wind and rain storms are predited. I don't think our wind storm effected computers...still laughing, now fires are serious here.

Live consciously....
this is the slowest scheduler to respond. It may take days to find out if you get a shop. I am busy and will schedule a shops - cannot wait that long. Wanted to cancel a request - couldnt figure out how. Then they give it to me. Sry - too late. I think they changed the date too - but can't go back to find out.
I've always found that they are more than willing and able to reschedule within even up to a week. And always get a response back when I click contact or email the scheduler directly.

sadly, I went through this same thing...I have to plan in advance and sometimes they make it very difficult to do that. If I need to do a shop on a sat or sun I can't wait til fri afternoon to know if I'm getting it or not....maybe I'm more anal then most about this.

Equal rights for others does not mean fewer rights for you. It's not pie.

Never try to teach a pig to sing. It's a waste of your time and it really annoys the pig.
I thought I would lend a little insight on this. The Caliber system does not send a notice when a shop is given to someone else. You only get an email when it is assigned to you. Unfortunately, if it isn't assigned to you it still looks like it is in pending app status on the website. It's something that we have asked to be fixed in an upcoming software update.

Again, they should and can easily institute a system of self scheduling for proven, tenured shoppers that automatically rejects you based on set rotation periods. This would save schedulers an enormous amount of time. And shoppers would not have to wait around forever to be assigned or rejected....service sleuth, CORI, and others will show you how it's done. SIMPLE !!!!!

FYI: This MSC is simply known as Interactions now.

I shop with them regularly, and they have become my most favorite company to work with. The scheduler from Summit for the project I shop couldn't be nicer. The shops they have are easy to do, and the report takes no more than five to ten minutes to complete.
I like shopping for this company, and I understand no email saying you don't get the shop....my issue is that they don't assign more then a few days ahead.....a planner is always a planner!
this is the best MS shopping compamy I ever worked for...regardles of name all scheduling go via Summit
