Ipsos: Hearing Aid Shops

$50 each. Reasonable fee, IMO. SASSIE. Going fast in my area.

ETA: All gone now. Several disappeared when I was trying to self-assign. I didn't even get an email about these shops but just happened to be checking the job board.

I saw those.. but other than tinnitus from working in an automotive garage for 30+ years I don't have any problems with my hearing. I was going to sign my son up, but he's not over 50.
They went fast here as well. i tried to do this one last time and the one provider has no weekend or evening hours. Plus their available appointments did not line up with my time off. Will try again. I already wear hearing aides so perfect shop for me!

@Morledzep Hearing aids can help with tinnitus.

I don't know.. My tinnitus mostly only bothers me when I'm trying to sleep, then it gets wonderfully loud.. I don't know if folks wear hearing aids to bed or not. I know that it's unlikely that I would, because wearing anything in or on my head while I'm sleeping makes me wake up with a sore neck and sore ears. (I have deformed ears, I probably couldn't use hearing aids anyway).
looks like I got caught in a glitch. Sorry for the duplicate post.

As a hearing aide wearer, i don't wear mine to bed. And as for deformed ears, there are many options for custom molds that are made just for you.
I have Meniere's disease and have lost hearing in the affected ear, so I took one. I have a feeling they'll try and sell me a megathousand $ hearing aid.

I would have tried these, hearing loss is hereditary and I have the gene...but I wasn't old enough.

I couldn't get a timely appt, so I asked for the shop to be canceled. I'm not in the mood for a long involved shop anyway. No biggie
