I shopped Coyle for the first time ever. I've done a lot of other MSCs and have never had an issue; I'm 10 10-star shopper always. I thought I did a good job on an easy Coyle report and I got a score of 67/100(!!!).
So, first, I was just floored at the score. Some of the nit-picky things were stupid. One question asked how many times did the phone ring before someone picked it up. When I called, I got an automated system followed by elevator music but they didn't like my answer. I didn't know the height of the receptionist (who she was sitting down!), but instead gave a great description right down to her outfit. That was insufficient.
My real concern is the implications of my score. Will I even get paid for failing report? Will I know be blacklisted for being a bad shopper? If someone had a failing score and report, I wouldn't want to pay them for a crappy report or hire them again.
What does everyone else think? Is this just how Coyle is? Honestly, it wasn't even worth it. They're pay rates aren't even worth it.
