Has anyone run into a problem getting certified to do the apartment phone shops for this MSC? I am NOT asking for answers for the certification exam - it is actually very easy.
However, I have attempted the certification about 5 times and everytime I submit it, I get a message that "Survey not completed. Please go back and complete the survey." I have reached out to the scheduler 3 times and they said it looks like I am not completing the survey. They asked me to try again and submit a screenshot of the error, which I did, but I still have not received any help from them. These shops don't pay a whole lot, but there are a lot available, and since I'm stuck at home right now, it would be nice to get this certification completed.
P.S. I'm doing this through the MSC's posting within GigSpot if that makes any kind of strange difference.
