RBG- Can not self assign (Question)

Hello

I am trying to self assign a shop for RBG and it won't let me.. I have updated my profile. I have it set to receive emails from them,

I have not been banned from them either. And the last time I did a shop for them was in 2023.. So I am in rotation..

Is there something that I need to do?
