Market force

Market Force hasn't loaded for me for the last 3 days. Anyone else have trouble or have I been deactivated? I have not received any calls either!

No issues on my end.

I haven't had any issues. Have you reached out to the help desk?

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.
I emailed yesterday and have not heard anything.
CHEYDOG - I have had to login to Marketforce on my computer using my browser's Incognito mode, ever since I signed up with them a year ago. I cleared my cache, cookies, etc. but to no avail. I had heard a few other people have this problem as well. It is the ONLY MSC I have this problem with.

Their login page loads fine in a regular browser session, but when I enter my credentials, I receive an error that my login failed. It's annoying, but I learn to deal with it.

It sounds like it previously worked fine for you, but maybe something strange happened. Try launching your browser in Incognito mode and see if it works. It's worth a try.

Perhaps clear your browser cache? No problems here.
Thanks for all the information. Help desk did email back. They said they had sent an email to me. It came back as undeliverable. I believe I accidentally spammed them which caused Market Force to suspend my account.
I've had to switch to using Chrome for my MF stuff. For whatever reason, their site doesn't like loading in Safari.

Have synthesizers, will travel...
I have trouble with Market Force using Chrome (like with logging in) so I've been using Firefox. It's my default browser on my home computer anyway (with Chrome as my default at work). Gotta love these quirky websites.

I've done surveys and other things where they have stated to use a specific browser. It's usually not the latest Microsoft rendition. Its the open source ones like Firefox which usually includes Chrome by Google.

Apparently you can design a website or survey to be best used by a certain browser. I guess it's a way to drive traffic to a specific platform or whatever platform the programmer who built the website is comfortable with.

Edited to add I access their website from two different computers, my cell phone and tablet using Chrome with no problems.

Try clearing your cache on your browser or restarting your device.
