Shared Insight Web Outage

Been down since I first checked 7 AM ET. I have a shop to report. Tried calling them and no one picked up today at any extension including the Operator's. I eventually received a text back at noon thanking me for my call and mentioning the outage and that they'd be back in touch when they knew more.

This was my first job with this company. Anyone else work with them and have a sense about whether they'll be likely to extend deadlines?

I've done very little work for them, but if their website is down they are going to extend the deadlines for submission. They need these projects submitted so they can bill their clients, so I'm sure they already have this figured out. I don't think you'll even need to chase them to ask...they should be already all over this.
I have done work for them for several years and this is a first. I also have a shop to report. It came back up, but I could not get into the reports section. I would suggest being patient until they sort it out.
