Tech Savy makes a grat point. We must learn to properly use the electronic equipment available to us today. We must use scanners, digital cameras, miniaturized recording equipment, fax, laptop, email, and attachments.
These businesses will not take the time to bottle feed us when they can get people that can and will and do produce for them in a timely fashion. Our worth is determined by our production. It does not matter how we "feel". It does matter what we "do". And we all must produce the quality products that the customers deserve.
Read the manuals, send yourself some pdf files. I personally use PrimoPDF and can change the file type in a minute. Sometimes two or three minutes, but i get it done

Do the very best you can, see what they want, and give it to the,m Your shops will grow in volume and the word will get out to schedulers.
Some apartment shops I have to save the paperwork for two weeks or at least untill paid. I just use some next day air envelopes from any company. They are neat, organised and stapled. Be the best you can be by ..doing the best you can do at all times and places.
