MAJOR Presto bug!!!

I'm trying to snag some remote Famous Highway gas station locations that are now bonused to $300.

When viewing the available locations the window for completion is presented as 96 hours. I'm trying to set up a route for Tuesday.

However, when I claim a location the completion window gets cut to less than half: 1 day 22 hours and some minutes.

WTAF?!?!?!?

Have synthesizers, will travel...

I noticed this yesterday. Some of the Visa locations literally gave a 3 minute window to complete instead of a 24 hour window.

The project manager told me that Monday is the last day for P66 currently.

I think I know what you are seeing, When you click to see the survey on Presto to accept an assignment you have 3 minutes to select the assignment by checking the two or three boxes. For that three minutes the site is reserved for you. When you select the site the time will revert to the interval you have to complete the assignment. The dot may disappear for that interval, too.

No, that’s not it. I know how presto works in that regard. I literally assigned one and it glitched big time and timed out.

Wow! The only ones I am seeing in my area are still at $40-$45 each.

I hope they do roll it over for you. But in the past, whenever an email said such and such is the last day to do these, they meant it. They might still show up in Sassie, but there were no available dates. Not all of these have to get done an any cost. Hope I'm wrong, though.

Presto has done that to me, I signed up for 3 BP shops to do as I was driving out of town, nicely bonused near the end of the cycle or possibly past it. The first two did fine, 24 hours, no big deal because I was doing them that day. The third gave me 2 or 3 minutes and when I tried to get it back it said I had to wait 24 hours. So my son did it.

Actually, I think that bug has been there for a while.. the incident I told you about was more than a year ago.

Yes, it's happened to me, too. You accept the assignment and it tells you that you have 3 minutes to do the shop.

It got my son this morning.. He signed up for a $75 shop that is over an hour drive from where he is, supposed to have 48 hours. Showed up as 3 minutes. And now he has to wait for 24 hours to reclaim it. The person at Presto that answered his email said that it might be because he didn't take the certification test, but he did, and he has been doing these shops all along, he even did some at base pay. And they can't do anything about the 24 hour waiting period. He just has to wait and hope he can get it back.

That stinks! The same happened with me and it was for a Visa debit card shop. For that particular one, it did reappear on the app, but the same thing happened day 2. I hope your son is able to reclaim the $75 shop!

Has anyone else noticed with Presto that the Visa gift card shops appear and disappear in what seems to be real time? I’ll see them and go to assign and they disappear.

gigi, I tried to grab one, it said it wasn't available and to click on the link, so I clicked on the link, and all of the red pins were gone. I think they're having more than one glitch, which means we're likely to get an update to the app soon.
