Elite CXS - who is doing their shops?

Apparently many shoppers are speaking out about still not being paid. Google search turns up issues on multiple platforms over the past year - seems to have gotten worse this past year and especially since Marguerite left.

The FB group Mystery Shoppers Professional Corner has new posts on this subject.

In light of all this, I am curious to know where they are finding shoppers to take any of their shops.

We should ask the schedulers who are still scheduling for them, despite being aware of the payment issues.
I deleted my account with them so I don't sign up for something by accident. I initially signed up because there was something that I was interested in but when I sent an inquiry, it was never answered. I decided that if I can't even get an answer about a shop while they are trying to attract workers, then they aren't communicative enough. And I apparently dodged a bullet.
If you have time to ask them, here are some emails:
shopperpayables@elitecxs.com
accounting@elitecxs.com
legal@elitecxs.com
recruiting@elitecxs.com
dhartley@elitecxs.com
asisson@elitecxs.com

Surprisingly, recruiting one is pretty responsive. That's their scheduling team. David doesn't respond at all, and although Amber responds, she has been useless.

They owe me $500+, and many others have had bad experiences with them. David Hartley should be in jail for this.

Word is they are hiring schedulers by offering to give them generic emails and protect their identity. And you would be surprised at some who agreed and are working for them. Some are ethical and said NO WAY but some well known schedulers ARE scheduling for them.

No one wants their name put out there or associated with Elite but those that are scheduling and recruiting shoppers are doing so, all while knowing the shoppers wont get paid. Elite IS paying their schedulers or they would not be scheduling.

Every shopper who did their shop and is owed money would probably feel the same - that it is cowardly to hide behind a generic scheduler email. If you are going to schedule shops for Elite then by all means identify yourself so you can answer to your shoppers when they are not paid!!!!
