Agreed. And if Intouch has any brains, they'll not screw up a smooth running MSC by making changes.
How many MSCs are out there where you can pick up the phone and reach your scheduler? (M-F)
And if you get the wrong person, have that person make sure you get to talk to the person you need to?
I also used to be able to negotiate route shop prices on the phone with the schedulers. Don't do routes anymore, so I don't know now.
But the schedulers have always worked with me to get OUR shops completed and submitted successfully!
