I am waiting on payment from two shops I did in January. No response from their Shopper Payables email. I did email the owner but no response. Have written to the scheduler and just got referred to the Shopper Payable email. Do they pay anyone?

You may get paid the first time. The next 3 months of shops you likely will not. Elite owes me hundreds. Others too. Take charge. Write to the companies that hire Elite. Get them to cancel their business.
I'd also suggest notifying any boards where they can still post. Jobslinger comes to mind.
Reporting to Elite to Jobslinger is OK. But nothing beats reporting to their clients.
I did a couple recorded apartment shops for them last July and still have not been paid. I’ve contacted payable, David Hartley, a scheduler all via phone messages and emails. I have not seen any postings of late for the apartment shops, so I’m assuming they have lost that customer. I looked up the company online and am still going to send a email to the managing partner. This David Hartley fella is a con artist. Total scammer. He is on Linked in…. So if any of you have a Linked In account ….????

I received an email last night from a scheduler posting several apartment phone shops for them last night. I emailed her back saying they don’t pay their shoppers, and they owe a lot of shoppers $$ for unpaid jobs. Of course the scheduler referred me AGAIN to shopper payables. As if they will respond this time.
Great action contacting the managers of those apartments you shopped. They are being cheated also by Elite because Elite keeps our fees that those businesses have been paying. You likely will NOT get paid. Making Elite lose clients is our only revenge.
Are they MSPA members? If so they will be booted for this, just like Cirrus...but you have to write in and complain to make it happen.
I was paid about a year ago after 120 days and have not taken any shops since. I heard a class action suit against Elite has been filed.

I'm also in the camp that "Kimberly" is not an actual person named Kimberly. I've responded to a couple of her emails, expressing interest but also with questions clarifying the payment process and timeline. No response. I think this is an experienced scheduler who works for other MSCs, using an assumed name to protect their reputation since they are fully aware they are recruiting for a scam operation. Recruiters are being replaced left and right with Self Assign options and AI assigned options, so i guess I don't fully blame this person for trying to make money where they can. (Until they, too, are not paid and then they'll probably be on here complaining with the rest of us).

Yes, I got some from Kimberly - no last name. I know there is someone, at least one, with that first name who schedules for other companies. But I'm guessing that a trickster at Elite is simply using an alias that shoppers may be familiar with to seem trustworthy. Kimberly, for them, is just a made up name or bot, not the real Kimberly. My theory.

Here's the info from the emails (I get their emails all the time):

I'm going on a limb here and repeating what was told to me. The scheduler from Sentry was scheduling for a while. Then this Kimberly took over.

They paid me at the 90 day mark for the apartments that I did. But they don't have enough work to justify working with them again.
I see Elite has lost one of their high end clients to another MSC. I am guessing those who have reported Elite for shopper
non-payment to this client worked.

If you are owed money for your work, forget it! Now you must protect fellow shoppers. Write to CEOs of the companies you shopped for. Refer them to Google complaints or other job discussion sites. Get them to switch MSPs. Have you been cheated on their car wash jobs? Bank shops? Tampa Airport jobs? Storage shops? Apartment inspections? Write to the management. Do it today.
