Example restaurant report for RBG?

I just got my first in-restaurant dining shop for RBG and was wondering if anyone would be willing to share a sample report they have done for them? Or give advice on the level of detail needed for their narratives?

I have done some of the certifications for Coyle and read their sample reports, but no assignments yet. Knowing they have a reputation of being strict and require significant narrative detail, I am wondering if RBG is similar?

Also, for each narrative section with "Please explain responses:" do they want you to touch on each question or only if there are issues or "no" answers? Asking because for a takeout report I did, it indicated to only "comment in detail on any "No" responses that you had."

Also happy to ask the scheduler but y'all have me a little scared of them lol

I have found them generally easy to work with. If you are talking about the party atmosphere steakhouse, it's one of the easiest dining shops. Read the guidelines, you'll be fine.
My experience: RBG is NOT like Coyle and doesn't require a ton of narrative. They generally want you to just focus on what they ask. I haven't saved my reports from them, and I haven't done the steakhouse shop since 2021 (I moved out of the area in 2021).
Everything in my new area has been more like quick/casual dining - a smoothie place, sub place and pizza place and those have all been really easy reports.
Two of the chains with RBG are more interested in service than an evaluation of the meal. One local asks for both. My narratives address the answers to the questions and pick boxes, nothing more. I don't write in a "play by play" format, so less chance for being outed as a mystery shopper.

Do not read so much, look about you and think of what you see there.

I just checked my upcoming shop for them. It is for a different restaurant chain but the reports are similar. I can click on view/submit report and I can see the entire report with all the questions. Since you already have the job just look at the questions and comments and you will be fine. The instructions are pretty clear. I have only done one Coyle report in my life and it was supposedly for one of their easier shops. RBG is nothing at all like even the easier shops at Coyle.
Thanks everyone! This is all very helpful and I feel confident now. Maybe I don't want a Coyle shop after all... lol

My first takeout RBG shop was very easy so I was surprised after everything I had heard about Coyle. Good to know they operate differently.

As Deedeez said above if it's for the party atmosphere restaurant these reports are super easy. Very little narrative, just answer their questions. These are one of my favorite shops to do.
