RQA App Woes

Has anyone ever been suddenly locked out of the RQA app? My username and password no longer work and not way to reset. I use their app multiple times a week, but never seen this. Trying to figure out how to contact them as the "I need help" button is non functioning today either. Thanks!

I've had a few anomalies, but nothing like that!

My biggest peeve is the camera in the latest version of the app is beyond horrible.

I have used the comment sections from the baby chew gigs to complain about spell check being implemented in name fields.

Agree on both fronts. This latest app version has taken them backwards. The camera is super wonky now. Takes the picture and distorts it and turns it sideways in the app view, but then uploads the picture sort of "normal". I just point and aim at what I need to photograph, and hope for the best. I've stopped trying to make it work like a normal phone camera.

And the spellcheck in the name fields makes me laugh. I get some very crazy results! Doug Nichols owns app development and updates, and is very responsive. I've pinged him on this already, but wouldn't hurt to have others weigh in.

It happened to me last month. They had to send me a link to reset my password on the app, which is different than the username and password for the website.

And I'm now dealing with a report that is hung up in the ether, which has happened a couple of times. Can't file for expenses because the location is still showing as To Do.

Thought I had an email with instructions for forcing a report, but can't seem to dig it up...

This happened to me on a previous project, I called their hotline and they were really quick to respond, especially on a Friday afternoon. They had to do something on their end to fix it, I'm not sure what.

I dislike that you can't proceed if you lose wifi/data signals on their reports and need to have a manager sign it. I did a project at Family Dollar in the middle of rural America and had to go outside to get a strong enough signal for it to connect to get the manager's signature.
If anyone else runs in to this - I sent an email to admin@rqa-services.com and they responded on Sunday by sending me a link to reset my username and password. And then they called to make sure it was all working. They are so great to work with!
I wish you could advance further ahead to answer a question and then go back and continue instead of answering I UNDERSTAND 10 times. Frequently the manager is available immediately and we zoom off to the back room before I can even type in their name so I end up doing some steps out of order. I don't want to hold them up and make them stand there while I click on all these questions.
To compensate I will quickly take photos of the floor and click YES to get to the end, then go back and take the correct photos. Occasionally I screw up and forget to replace a pic or type out their name completely.
I wish the photos could be taken indepenently and then selected.
I HATE apps that require the photos to be taken within the app, sometimes they get deleted and you have no back up copy.
