Ipsos can just suck it

As I am neither masochistic nor in financial need, my solution to the problem with Ipsos was to terminate our relationship. When mail continued, I notified the company, but was ignored. All offers are now routed to SPAM.

I am aware, though, that some shoppers need Ipsos.

I don't need IPSOS, but I enjoy the select clients/shops I have done for them. I'm sure there are problems that exist and improvements that need to be made. As they have rapidly increased in clients/volume, I am sure there are problems that arose and probably some that have slipped thru and have not been resolved.

Karen has helped me several times by extending shop dates or scheduling another shop for me in the future when the system isn't smart enough to let me do something in the future.

Obviously IPSOS is a major factor in the industry because they are so big, but IPSOS might not be for everyone. For the clients I shop for, there really is no drama, but I don't waste my time on gas station shops or audits.

My simple complaint for IPSOS would be to stop making me take the same test every month for stagecoach bank phone call complaints. I do not remember taking the Chinese fast food shops repeatedly. If there is a new requirement, then have me re-take the test, but monthly taking of the same test over and over is just an irritant that I have put up with so far.
@hbbigdaddy Those stagecoach shops do change the certifications a lot - I am sorry, I have passed that feedback along, but that likely isn't going to change.

Might be the easiest $50 per month you can make calling 2x during the month and using complaint they give you. Its just to see how it's handled and if the bank employee follows procedure. I don't think there is more than 10 questions on the form. $25 each is just fine not leaving house and maybe spending 5-10 mins max.

Shhh......
@CoolMusic Also former Columbia House member.....As I recall, I think I joined several times under different names or addresses to get the 12 or whatever number of free bonus CD's. Likewise, I got a broad range of music.... country to jazz..... R&B to classic rock
Although the certification for some projects can be annoying, the certification for Wells Fargo is about as short and easy as any I have seen. It adds maybe 60 seconds every time I have to do it.
Stop attacking Karen. She is responsive on her programs. She is an IC like the rest of us. She can forward up the chain to her superiors, but she is not the company and has no control over what the company does.
You just have to know when they will bonus them. I take a lot of rural areas with BIG bonuses. I did 6 locations once in December paying $90 each . I only drive 4 hrs round trip.
That’s the reality in CA Coolmusuc.
Where are you that they’re bonusing $80-100?
Karen would be wise NOT to include IPSOS in her handle. KInda like driving around in Montana with a BLM sticker on your car!

I live in Utah and travel the Rockies and Pacific NW.

Have synthesizers, will travel...
Karen is one of the most helpful people on this forum.
I don't understand why they now require you to own the phone you're shopping for. The iPhone shops are not being picked up even with a bonus.
edithms posted, concerning an Ipsos scheduler--Karen would be wise NOT to include IPSOS in her handle. KInda like driving around in Montana with a BLM sticker on your car!

paniconmon opined--edithms, Not kind

Bob disagrees--Edith's post was logical, not insulting and the analogy well phrased, with a tad of "tongue in cheek."

I would disagree. Karen is letting us know she works for the MSC.

She has also helped many people on the board because she told us she worked for them.

She has also told people here when she couldn't help.

I dont know what else you could ask for. Honesty, integrity are tops in my book!

Most of the people who post here and identify themselves as MCS emoyees are ver helpful. And are well respected. So why hide that fact?

Sorry I'm excluding Kayla. But I don't think shes an employee and has probably been banned from this site.

Because most people are loyal to a brand with phones.

I'm an Apple user. Im and android user.

You could spend hours discussing why you wouldnt chand.
And I don't see how BLM even enters a convertion about what MSC Karen works for.

Were talking business here and not fighting over politics.

3 month lurker probabably Kala stirring it up.

After all WTF does BLM have to do with mystery shopping

Really exlain the post to me and it's relevance
I think - and could very well be wrong - edithms was simply saying that by disclosing her affiliation with Ipsos, which has made the lives and "workplace" of many shoppers very difficult, Karen may be putting a target on her own back and setting herself up for personal attacks by shoppers who have been mistreated by said MSC. I'm guessing (never been to Montana) a BLM sticker might elicit the same type of attack? But for a different reason. So, just an analogy (is that the right word??).
Also, I love when this thread comes back up to the top of the discussions just because I get to read the title again and think "Yes. Yes they can!"

@paniconmon , that is the exact reason I clearly state that I am an independent scheduler for Ipsos. When there is something that I know from my personal experience with Ipsos, I comment or help when I can. I think most of the members of this forum are here to share experiences, learn, help others or get ideas. As in everything else, some are not who they seem to be.

I think some open range farmers are not super happy with BLM due to the occasional lack of access to public lands for grazing. I think generally the biggest threat would be the selling off of public lands as proposed by some in the current administration. However, I think overall the BLM, bureau of Land management, is not particularly controversial in montana. I don't think people would have any issues with a bureau of Land Management sticker on their car.

I dont understand your question? If you have an iPhone you're an Apple user. If you have any other phone in the universe, you're an android user from Google and probabably should never do cell phone shops.

I'm 65 and understand the differnce. Apparently you didn't. Or you're baiting me?
The Bureau of Land Management has no place in this thread. Sorry edith and thanks for clarifiying thunderdeacon.
