Ellis Apartment mystery shops

I just self assigned an on site apartment shop due July 7. I started to read the directions and I have questions but obviously no one is working on July 4 and the call and visit are due Monday. Just emailed and got an auto reply that they are not working July 4 and as they will have MANY emails will try and answer on the 7th which is the shop date. To be honest after reading the guidelines which are not clear I feel I may cancel- Has anyone worked for this company? Any feedback? I am not sure I will be able to reach someone for my questions related to the directions and make 5 calls to the location Monday and then visit the same day. The stress of trying to get answers and then start calling the same day seem a bit too much.

I have worked for them. They seem okay in response to answering questions, however seeing that your shop is due on the date their office will be open, I would try to move the completion date to another day. I am not sure if this company does this- but many will let the due date move as long as the online form shows you have been calling and or have a tour scheduled.

I have done some for them as well, they are usually pretty happy to move a date as opposed to cancelling a shop. I would say ask the question here but it has been awhile since I have done one. They really don't have that much in my area any more.

I’m in the same situation. They’ve always been fair about this.

Their entire web experience is funky, but it's usually easy to reschedule if necessary.

You can click on the envelope next to the shop and send a variety of messages, including a deadline extension.

NOTE: You will receive an email when someone at EPMS responds to the message, but DO NOT reply to the email. That communication will not be added to the correspondence chain on their website. Only respond within their website.

I’ve worked for them. They usually have no problem rescheduling.
