And on the same note, there is no reason for any SHOPPER to not know that they are fraudulent...

Takes two to tango, both shoppers AND clients should be able to put them out of business. But somehow they are still plugging along.

Yet they still have new clients every month or so.

On a side note, I wrote a letter (and mailed it anonymously from a far away zip code) to the president of one of their clients at the time. That client is now with a reputable MSC. Probably nothing to do with the letter but satisfying all the same.

I've often thought of mailing that same themed letter to all clients of theirs. Truth is, in this day of instant information, there is no way for any potential client to NOT realize that this MSC is fraudulent.

Thanks to this forum, I've never shopped for them. I am registered though, and keep an eye on their postings. Kind of like rubbernecking at an accident site.
Same... registered but never shopped for them. I don't pay attention to their job board though. The info about non payment is easily found and I never bothered with them.

Sestrahelena,
Just be careful with contacting a client of Elite. It's possible an MSPA board member might threaten you with a lawsuit on Elite's behalf. Which, think about that, the leading industry organization threatens shoppers on behalf of a company that is not paying shoppers, defrauding shoppers and lying to them constantly. Shoppers should be aware of who is running the MSPA and who they seek to protect. It's certainly not shoppers, but deadbeat mystery shopping companies.
FWIW, I did a couple jobs in December '24 because a scheduler that I had worked with at other MSC's convinced me. After a couple months of chasing payment, and then seeing all this on the forum, I wrote it off. Last week, December '25, out of the blue, I was shocked to be paid for my two jobs. Just sayin.......YMMV.
Your mileage may vary. From the old days during the gas crisis when auto commercials started advertising MPG.
Metro,

On the first occasion I encountered YMMV, it was after I had taken a position 180 degrees out of phase with another shopper. I literally thought it meant you make me vomit. A friend shared that in the future, I could type the letters into my address bar to learn the meaning of abbreviations.
