Has anyone done any work for this company recently? Did you have a good experience?

Yes, I shop for them on a regular basis. I have always been paid in a timely manner. They are a bit unique in that all assignments are emailed out. I highly recommend using their app as it lets you see all the required photos and take them while on site, and then when you get home you can write the rest of the report and the photos are already there.

I have always had positive experiences with them. They have interesting shops and pay on time. You cannot sign up for their shops anymore on their website; the procedure now is to sign up as a shopper, then wait for them to send an email detailing the shops currently available. You reply with the ones you want--sometimes it's first come first served, as shops can be popular.

I have done many of their high end reimbursement shops and loved them. They have not contacted me about those in many years and I have not done anything for them recently. I find their everyday jobs that they email me about pay very little for a lot of work. Their desirable restaurant shops do not nearly cover what you are required to order.

Sandy, it appears to me this MSC requires reports through a SmartPhone. In addition, they may have conducted business under a previous name. I am leery that so many shopping companies have/are changing their name and employing CX in their title.

Yes, I have several companies I work for with an X or even a CX in my name and it is possible I am already signed up with this place but they may have changed their name since the last time I worked for them. I don't even know how to pronounce the name of this company. The best I can do is to call it "I am sick"-cx. Isc, cx does not exactly roll of the tongue.

Thank you for letting me know. I did not recognize the name and with all the name changing in msc over the years I wondered if it WAS one I was already signed up with but just did not know they were now something else. Lots of places fell by the wayside during the pandemic. Lots of shops I used to do disappeared so I no longer check out those msc.

I just signed up but I am pretty sure that I did work or was at least signed up with International Service Check in the past. Based on profile questions and the way the need date of birth entered they appear European.

It will be interesting to see if they have anything around me.

When completing an assignment for them, do you take pictures within the app or can you take with your camera?

You can do it either way. The app isn't required, but I find it convenient.

Although I get regular emails regarding open shops, I do not have to wait to be assigned. All of the available shops within my specified distance are available to me for self assignment if I log into their website.

I did my first shop for them in 2016.

I did a dog store shop for them a year or two ago, it was before I got my walker, and the folks there seemed unconcerned that I was in extreme pain trying to wait for their attention. I hated it and I never did another one. I have my fancy new rollator now, I might consider doing another.

One of these obscure companies that I rarely work for wanted me to sign something to limit their liability if I happen to get Covid, and I refused to sign it. I wouldn't then, or now, for that matter, sue an MSC (or anyone else) because I was careless and got too close to a random person and ended up getting Covid. It'd be like suing someone because I contracted the common cold (yes I know that Covid is more serious than the common cold) when I was out in public around children.

I did a luxury purchase and return for them a few months ago. The scheduler was great to work with; my only complaint was that it took over a month for the refund to be processed, which meant the shop stayed "open" longer and I had to wait an extra pay cycle to get paid.
