What do you do if there is an issue during your shop? All I could find was an email.
I am at a local restaurant and it is a bar integrity shop. I am supposed to sit at the front bar order a drink stay for at least 30 min then go to the back bar and do the same. Front bar no issues, I was able to get a seat and complete my assessment. After 45 minutes I went to go to the back bar and there is only 6 seats and all were taken. I waited about 10 minutes then I emailed Coyle to find out what do to; how long am I supposed to wait. I waited a total of 45 minutes, no reply from the company so I left. I don’t want to do the report if I am not going to get paid something. It’s unrealistic for the client to think you can sit at a 6 person bar on a Saturday afternoon in a tourist area.
The shop fee is $40, spent $34 on drinks, and $8 in parking. What would you do?
