StorecheckersUK grifters are at it again. They’re trying a different tact this time in making YOU get a copy and scan of your ID and send it overseas. Sounds like they didn’t get one bite on the 3 week DL turn over. At least CA and NY’s AGs are on their case.

“My name is Dave and I work with Serve Legal, who recently acquired Storecheckers. I recently contacted you about some work that would involve posting your ID to a lab here in England, and thankyou to all that responded. From your responses and concerns, alongside discussions with the client, we have decided to pursue an alternative route to gather the required information.

The work now would involve finding a high quality scanning shop (must be 4800 DPI quality), scanning the front and back of your ID, getting this in an acceptable file, and uploading it via a secure link. From our knowledge, we think that the shops, whilst not plentiful, can be found quite simply via a Google search.

We are offering $100 pay for this plus up to $20 scanning costs (happy to negotiate if the local store charges more for this).

I have attached the overview of this work to provide a bit more context.

Important - we cannot use anybody with a New York or California license, apologies in advance!

If you would like to be considered for this, please let me know. At this stage, we're looking for one person to trial this before hopefully rolling it out to more individuals.

ID theft anyone? You don’t want to know what a nightmare it is, and it’ll cost you far more than the $120.00 to recover from.
