Middle of a project and Curinos not responding back

Sorry I just posted but it got posted in the wrong section so I am reposting here in "companies"
I have a finance project with Curinos that I was assigned on Thursday. Since then I have called and emailed thru the system to my scheduler time after time but have not heard back ever. I have completed three of the four projects assigned but my last one has no guidelines. The scheduler for this is MS. Anyone have contact info for someone else who might be able to help me. They are all due tomorrow. Thanks

I think JI frequently sends emails on behalf of other MSCs as well. I'm not sure if it'll help, though.

Fintechsupport@curinos.com. What kind of projects are these? They usually are the same requirements. I don't bother with responding to JI anymore as it's always already scheduled scheduled. I get direct emails from Curinos that have always worked out for me.

I just reread and see you mentioned MS. He is 100% responsive and timely. Try Fintech support.

The project is due tomorrow but I finally emailed JI and she got back to me saying she sent something to MS and the other person in the office but they probably won't see my forwarded email until Monday which is after the due date. .
I have done 3 of the 4 reports and each of them had specific guidelines just for that report except this one. I think I will try to do it hoping it will go smoothly without the specific info for the fourth company. MS just disappeared since thursday when he sent the assignment. Yes, this is not like him so I hope he is okay.
