I do the hotel event board audits for Bestmark. I still use the Bestmark shopper site to enter my reports. It's the same shopper site that I've always used, all the way back at least 15 years.
I did get an email, must have been 2 years ago, where they told me that the event board audits would be the final projects that would migrate over to some new shopper site, but to this date that hasn't happened. In my area they also still post thrift shop mystery shops on the old Bestmark shopper site.
