I have searched this forum (so don't come after me--ha ha) and can't find any feedback on True Guest. I will be traveling out of state next month and noticed that this company offers hotel shops, but I can't find out any information until I apply. If anyone has anything to share, please do so. The good, the bad and the ugly.

I break out in hives whenever I see the company mentioned anywhere. Worst shopping experience ever.

I have worked with roldan for many years....yes he speaks faster than anyone I know....but if you take an assignment he tells you what he wants....get the right information and move on...he has no time for chit-chat.
I see nothing on the board now....am I blocked? hope not....i use his locations when I travel.

I don't mind TrueGuest and Roldan. Yes, there are some quirks to the shops and Roldan can be "light on charm" but there is good support to doing the shop, clear instructions (this has really improved with them recently), fast pay, and overall they have some nice shops that fit my "lifestyle shopping" - I put them in the same group as Coyle. Not good for everyone, but good for some.
