Intellishop late pay

Anybody else not get payment from intellishop for August shops? I inquired and they told me there's a delay for some and it should be paid by the 26th. No communication if i hadn't asked. I hate how communication in this industry is a one way street.

Same. But, there is IPSOS, who paid early!!!

We have been told by PayPal that funds should be available this week and expect that you should be paid no later than Friday, September 26, 2025.

What does that mean in plain language?

It sounds sketchy!
It means that the funds are not yet in PayPal and that is causing a delay. I am not worried at all about this. Intellishop is not a sketcy company and I have never had an issue being paid. I have shopped for them for well over 15 years.

I agree with gigishopper. Intelli is high standards. I even appreciate the email I received. They let us know what's happening. Some other companies don't.

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.
There was an email sent out last night talking about that.
Idk. I was frustrated, too. I never got an email. I called. And I got a text back saying the funds didn't go out because it was a Saturday, so now I'll have them by the 26th. I've worked with them for a long time but this does sound sketchy.
Sell, you now have an issue...this is NOT a paypal problem...it is an Intellishop problem and it is definitely a cashflow problem!
I , for one, don't mind waiting a few more days. They have treated me well so far so no need to jump to (unfounded) conclusions as to the reason. Even the best of us have glitches sometimes.

I fully agree with this statement. Intellishop has been treating it's partner fair and square, a few days in delay is really nothing to be complain about. Besides, even with this small delay it is still far from the slowest pay MSC out there.
I've been with them for many years. They have always paid me what I was owed. I appreciate them sending out the email about the delay.
I didn't receive this message until payments were already two days past due.

I didn't receive an email and was wondering what the deal was, so thanks for posting this info.

I took a look at the frequently asked questions on the intelli-shop website. I looked up payment timing, and this is what it said:

"Client disbursements for your shops will automatically be sent through PayPal approximately 30 days after the last day of the month in which your shops were completed. We normally pay on the 20th of the month (or on the following business day)."

So, although the 20th is "normal," they do give themselves up to 30 days after the end of the previous month. So technically it's not truly late until after the 30th. This is an awesome company to work for, and we should all hope and pray that it is not serious cash flow issue that is a symptom of a significant issue with the company.

I received email notification of the delay. My payment arrived today, before the promised date and before the deadline in our agreement. All without submitting an inquiry.

This is not an MSC that I worry about and see no need to sound alarms so quickly. They weren't even late, just later than what they typically achieve.
I did not receive an email about the late pay. As of today I have received payment for 2 of the 6 shops I conducted both for the same client one from the beginning of the the month and the other from the end of the month although the two for the other company under the same umbrella company are still not paid or the other unrelated project. I trust that it will come but was surprised it didn't all come at once.
I did not receive an email and haven't been paid for any of my August shops. So if it comes tomorrow, the transfer to my bank won't show up until Monday or Tuesday. I'm not too happy about this since I did the most jobs for them in August that I've done in years and have always been paid on the 20th. I know they're a good company, but it's the whole idea that one can never count on reliable payment in this business from any company.

I got a partial payment last night for one location, but nothing else. I'm going to give them a call today.
Some of your must be new to intellishop. They pay out with a transaction per shop. If you did 15 different shops in a pay period, you will get 15 PP transactions, all will be clearly labeled as coming from them.
Things are likely still processing through, my shop log doesn't have the paid date loaded yet but the money is in PP.

IDK. Maybe spam filter? Do you have their offer emails switched off? I realize that shouldn't stop it but I would consider it a possibility.
Not in spam and I do get emails from them otherwise.
