Bare international on I Secret Shop

Does anyone have a contact number for Bare? I completed a shop through ISS, it had a $5 bonus that I was not paid for. In the ISS app, it shows I was paid the correct amount. I contacted Bare twice through the email that is listed on the shop info, but I have not received a response.

What kind of shop was it? Maybe if you say the type of shop, a person who has done a similar shop or has one scheduled can point you to the correct scheduler or project person. Even on ISS with BARE, i see names attached to assignments I have taken.

Sounds like a shipping shop, and Virginia is listed as the payment contact? If so, this is a known issue that Bare has opted not to fix. She's not involved in the project, nor does she respond to emails as she is too busy. I had a similar situation last year and had to contact Jason Bare for resolution. Shouldn't be that hard, but likely what you'll need to do.

Yes exactly. A postal shop and Virginia is the contact. Do you have the contact info for Jason Bare?

Have you attempted to call them? The only emails I have are my schedulers.
