Regal Hospitality - Late reimbursement

Their guidelines state 45-75 days to get paid. It has been over 100 days and I have not been paid yet. I email and initially received a reply from Russell Jethroe the president of the company. Still no payment. I called and sent multiple emails with no reply.

Approx. 18 yrs. ago, and after completing 6 or so shops, Regal sent me a letter stating the NET 45 payment terms was changing to NET 90. As 3 mos. was unacceptable to me. especially since all of their jobs in my area required fronting money, I terminated our agreement.

Last year it took five months for me to get paid. I missed payments on a few bills because I was counting on that large reimbursement and it snowballed from there. Never shopped with them again.

Tey used to be great until the last time I shopped for them. They were late paying me, docked me, and only partially paid. I had to wait until their next pay cycle for full reimbursment. I haven't shopped them since!
