I have tried for several weeks now to send an email about a shop and the link to send does not respond. I have been able to move the date out, but I am getting extremely frustrated hoping that I can eventually get through with an answer to my question. Anyone know of another way to contact them about an issue with a shop before they do the shop? Or know if it's OK to do a shop with requires an appointment but have been told by the location that they don't accept appointments and just to come in at my convenience? I really don't want to do the shop without an appointment and not get paid because I didn't follow instructions.

The 800# is the main hotline but it is only manned during business hours (otherwise you'll need to leave a message). I'm not sure where that 925 number came from, perhaps a direct line to the scheduler. @HoomanShopper the reply should come via email, you may want to make sure your email isn't set to send us to spam.
