I wonder if that's them or not. The phone numbers listed on the site are WA state phone numbers, and the news article says they live in SC. Could be a concidence that they have the exact same names....
who.is lists their domain registration to a PO Box in Vancouver WA. It seems likely that it's a coincidence (although it is surprising - neither name is very common). Also - wow, what a horrible story - those poor kids sad smiley
There is a Sabrina Boone who is apparently in the Charlotte, NC area listed as a scheduler for Kerns. There is also another one (appears to be a different person) listed as a media consultant in the Seattle, WA area. Just google the name.
One of the newspaper articles has a mug shot of Sabrina Boone that was arrested, and it is definitely the same Sabrina Boone who worked (or works - I don't know) for KSS. I met her in person in 2007, and it is her, and she definitely lived in the Charlotte NC area at that time, we had a whole conversation about living in NC.

I have no idea if Sabrina Boone that I met and worked for KSS is the same person who owns Nimble, but it seems EXTREMELY unlikly that the Sabrina Boone who worked for KSS, and who matches the mug shot, and who lives in North Carolina happens to have the same name as the person who owns Nimble (and also happens to be partners with a Ronald Tolft, who was also arrested).

This is beyond shocking. I know I just met her in person and had a 30 minute conversation with her, but I NEVER EVER would have guessed... ever... ever... ever.. those poor children.
The area code doesn't necessarily mean much. My parents use their cell phones and currently live in Texas, but have a Wisconsin area code. A lot of MSP don't really have an office location. It could be that someone lived in WA when it was set up or that one of the other names listed still lives there.

If it was just one name I would go with coincidence. But for two people listed in the article, also on the website list, it makes it hard to believe it is just an unfortunate coincidence.

Also the article said that they both work from home. This is definitely a job that lends itself well to working from home.

The Whois address is just for a domain registration company. Sabrina who worked at KSS is the same as Nimble.
Kind of makes you wonder about these "companies" we work for. I always seem to think of them as having offices and employees but in reality a lot them may consist of nothing more than a home office in a spare bedroom.
Sabrina Boone hasn't worked for KSS in 2+ years.. but yes, this is in fact the same Sabrina Boone that was arrested and that owns Nimble now.

We were beyond shocked to read the news reports last week. But We have known her (in person) for 6 years or so and can confirm 100% that the woman in the picture is one and the same... we also know that she lives in Rock Hill, SC and has 7 kids. Rob Tolf is her "significant other" and the father of the children. He is also listed on her website.

We are very saddened for her children.
Sabrina Boone recently opened her own company and schedules for Sentry. I had a job be scheduled by her, and she disappeared. She solicated me for her new company (Nimble), but does Video shopping only, so I never worked for her. This is beyond distressing, those children (7), were so abused, it is truly a sad situation....I wonder if she paid anyone or if anyone worked for her. I'm sure this is one and the same as hard as it is to believe. Hopefully the children will now get the care they deserve.

Live consciously....
I believe that Nimble scheduled for a number of different companies. Nimble no longer schedules for our company.

Any shopper with a scheduling question should email us at scheduling@sentrymarketing.com.

Sabrina Boone worked for Service Sleuth not too long ago...wonder if this topic will be reported at all on the V-GOD site.

Considering the fact the both Sabrina and Rob were presenters at last year's IMSC conference and the association that V-GOD has with the IMSC, I'm sure that thread would be quelled pretty quick.
sad... children should not be treated this way... its disgusting...

i have seen it time and time again... i work for the Erie (PA) City Schools... the conditions of students uniforms are deplorable... and speak very poorly of their parents ability to do the simplest things like make sure the child is in clean cloths

and its going to get worse... im not sure if i am going to go back since they cut 25% of their teachers... the average class size is going to be 30... and thats not the end of it... they are talking about cutting back more next year as well...

heaven help these kids... the trauma of leaving home and parents is not somethng i can imagine... and i dont think social services has a great reputation for raising upstanding citizens either... at least they will be clean...

shopping north west PA and south west ny
I am beyond shocked. I dealt with Sabrina when she was a scheduler for Kern/Service Sleuth. We communicated on a friendly level at times, about children, scheduling, why she chose to be a scheduler (so she could be with her children.) She always came across as so concerned and kind; I am just so saddened by this news. You really just never know; what we see, or think we see, is not always what is. Very, very sad.
I would urge everyone not to jump to conclusions. We do not know the full story. Yes, they were arrested, but that does not mean they did anything wrong. With seven children, I imagine their lives are difficult no matter what. I only hope that things work out for everyone involved. I can't imagine living under the threat of losing my children, and I can think of nothing more heartbreaking than being unable to properly care for them.

I think there is something very wrong with our society, with the focus on wealth, success, and protecting corporate business interests, instead of on building the middle class and creating situations where every day people can thrive without struggling to feed and clothe their children. Remember this: There is no recession for the upper class. Our economic problems are pushed farther and farther down. Why are we so surprised to find poverty? Why are we so judgmental when we see how it affects people?

Maybe I'm a bit naive, but I believe we should spend our time trying to understand one another, instead of condemning those who are struggling. I don't know the situation this family is in. What are their personal struggles, their personal triumphs? No matter what, I wish them the best. I hope they find a way to turn their tragedies around. I hope we can find a way to heal the poverty around us.
There're 3 of life's situations of which I've not an iota of compassion nor sympathy: The mistreatment of children, the elderly or animals. The punishment for said offenses, in my opinion, can't be too severe.

I don't state personal philosophies on a business forum, but I felt Jacob's point cried out for a counterpoint.
I think Jacob made his basic point, "Yes, they were arrested, but that does not mean they did anything wrong." There is a philosophy in this country of "Innocent until proven guilty." Let the courts decide whether they are innocent or guilty based on facts rather than newspaper articles or forum bashing. And you are not alone in disgust of mistreatment of children, the elderly or animals, but we have the 'facts' of journalism based on police reports where police are expected to err on the side of caution when it comes to children, the elderly or animals.

I 100% agree. While I too try to refrain from posting my personal philosphies on a message board, I am so unbelievable sickned from this and feel compelled to add my two cents to the counterpoint.

I do not feel that I am "jumping to conclusions" - I have read the news articles, which are based on police reports. While I am willing to give that perhaps the parents have alterntive belief systems, or perhaps they are mentally ill, I 100% support the removal of the children from the home. I will refrain from my opinion on what/how the parents should be punished. As a parent, I would think that there could be no greater punishment than the loss of my child, although I concede that perhaps these parents have different views on this issue.

Also, while this does not make the accusations better or worse, this is not a situation of poverty. If you are familiar with the area in which they lived, this is an upscale area. Furthermore, the articles have noted that food was found in the home, so that is not the issue either. The parents were arrested and the children were removed from the home because of extreme neglect, to include a 2 year old wandering outside and into a street while feverish and ill and "shaking so badly that they could not pick up a toy" while the parents slept.

In sum, DSS does not remove children on "speculation" and in fact, there has to be EXTERME cases of danger to children before parents would EVER be arrested and children removed from the home.

ETA: As someone that has worked in the system, while police are expected to ere on the side of caution, this only goes so far and pertains more to the idea of overt abuse (i.e. physical and sexual) vs. implied abuse (neglect) like this is. To arrest parents and remove children for neglect is actually quite difficult and does not happen very often. Usually the family is placed on mandatory DSS watch - which results in a DSS worker visiting every month or so.

I feel compelled to reply to MickeyB's last comment. While it would be very unkind and of low standards to simply rip this family apart for sport, lets not forget that this is a couple who are professional, well spoken, and present themselves in a positive manner. To be sleeping in bed and not even hear the police at your door, while your children are home unattended and unchaperoned, including a one year old, is neglect. In addition to that, if there are bugs on the dishes, roaches in the bathroom, bug bites on the children, an old toilet in the bathtub, filth everywhere, and children sleeping on the floor and couch because their mattresses are unusable, to say that anyone who labels this as abuse is "jumping to conclusions" is quite ridiculous. Have we become so "tolerant" that we lack discernment?
I also would not make any comment about this on a forum, and don't even write on forums for the most part. (I just read them.) But as a mystery shopper who takes this job seriously, it alarms me that I would work for a company in good faith not knowing that in a way, I am helping to support them in this lifestyle by helping the success of their company. (And it gives mystery shopping companies, or working out of your home in general, a bad rap.) It is unfortunate for all concerned, but especially the children. I truly hope they all get the help they need. Good can come out of something like this.
I agree 100% with Mickey and Shopper Girl.....how one can overlook this or choose to look the other way, makes one wonder. My heart goes out to the children, not the responsible couple. This story will unfold and it will be interesting to see what happens. Casey Anthony comes to mind.

Live consciously....
I am permanently moderated, so there is no way I could post this to see how long it would stay up.
