I have done 5 of these. You have to test your recorder and follow the instructions for what to say into it before you start the shop. The online questionnaire is not bad. I have had a good experience with them.
I've only done the kiosks but the MSC is supportive and trustworthy.
Did you have to do some kiosk shops first to qualify?
I've done maybe a dozen kiosks and maybe six 3 night stays. Never had any issues. As GC states test the recorder and follow the directions. I double record using the recorder they ship you and my Apple Watch or phone so I have a back up. The return of three nights lodging can't be beat in my opinion. Especially for a place like New York. The time share presentation will take up at least half a day. Try to get that done on day two if possible then you have the remaining time for fun. I always go directly to UPS and return the recorder once the presentation is over. I want that recorder out of my hands! They used to give a travel mileage reimbursement back in the day. Now you just get to keep whatever incentive the time share folks offer. I usually get $200 bucks or so on a visa gift card. I'd say go for it.
I've likewise only had positive experiences with Market Approach. Kimberly and David are always very responsive and helpful if you have any questions.
i have done a few… probably won’t do anymore. It’s just not worth putting up with the sales ppl. Timeshares are the worst.
I've done many of the kiosk shops, two timeshares will full recorded presentations, and three resort or hotel shops that were facility only with no timeshare presentation. I like doing the kiosks because they're good money and not too difficult, plus having them under your belt gets you some consideration towards getting the timeshare locations you want.

Kimberly and David were kind enough to coordinate for me recently so that I did a resort and a hotel back-to-back, meaning it made more sense for me to travel to the area at my expense and get to spend a week instead of just 3 days there. This is a top-notch company to deal with, in my opinion. The reports do require a lot of detail, but that's fair given the dollar value of what you're getting in return. The timeshare presentations don't bother me; the sales people apply a little pressure but it hasn't been over-the-top for me. (Lol, in fact one salesperson kind of yawned his way through his presentation -- I think they don't expect to sell to a single female.)
After I spent 5 hours YES 5! being passed from person to person, I swore off these presentations.
The timeshare sales people gave me two yucky feelings: so poor they had no other job prospects, or scummy and scammy and trying to bully elderly people into things they don't need. (I'm not elderly.) One of mine said, "If you don't buy today, I have to pay to be at work." Another said, "Respectfully, all of the research has been done."
I'll still do these, but just know, you need a nap and a drink after these, because these presentations are miserable.
