Does anyone know a round about time frame of when A Closer Look drops their jobs. I feel like there is no rhyme or reason to when they drop shops to sign up for, like most other companies I work drop in the first week of the month or on specific days

You are correct. There is no rhyme or reason when they drop shops. It's throughout the month.
Correct, it's random. You have to check daily
I agree. You have to check daily in order to find shops that don't pay anything. Make sure check daily so that you can work for them for free for no pay.

Wow. I'm sure there is a reason they asked. Maybe things offered in your area don't meet your needs but your comment reads as condescending and rude.

I'm watching for a specific restaurant but it's too new a shop to have any idea of when. If you keep notes, you'll probably find a pattern eventually but it likely varies by shop which makes it seem completely random.
I completed a hotel shop recently that included dinner and breakfast. My total reimbursement will be almost $500. It was a nice treat and I was able to visit a few relatives in the neighboring town. I consider the reimbursement worth gold.

I'm glad to hear you're not interested in them. Please leave the steak shops and running shoes for me. smiling smiley
I caught a running shoe shop this round! I "ran" to click that self assign button!

I had no idea they still did the shoe shop. One of the best shops around as far as reimbursement for effort goes. It looks like they had a very distant location of that chain this month but not the one near me.
If you find some shops that you feel are worth the effort, then more power to you.

They do not have anything remotely worth the time and effort in my areas. Tons of observations and narratives for shops that don't pay anything and only reimburse a meal. And the reimbursement doesn't even cover 75% of the items on the menu. I am forced to purchase the cheaper items on the menu to stay under reimbursement, and then I spend an hour or two riding a novel just so I can get that basic meal reimbursed with no additional pay.

The only issue with this shop is that the reimbursement has not changed in several years, but the price of the shoes are significanly higher. I was lucky enough to have $15 in rewards to use. I was still out of pocket $20. I needed shoes, so it was worth my time and effort. There are two locations of this franchise in my city.

Thank you! Yea, they have the sandwich shop I enjoy to eat and might as well be free if I am gonna go!
They are not doing sandwich shops for December. I hope they come back in January.
the majority of their shops in my area were either storage or subs. As I know the sub shops are going to chahge requirements per their customer. i signed for December but got such notice from the scheduler.

Shopping Eastern Pennsylvania since 2009
It looks like the sub shops are somewhat popular. I might take a look at them. Just for information, how much do they pay?
Thank you for the information. I generally don't do shops that pay nothing, out of principle. Even if it reimburses the sandwich, I feel like I deserve to be paid something for my time, effort, and travel. Especially if it involves timings, narratives, and photos. I personally feel like my time and effort is worth more than a sandwich.
