CANCELLED

Hi, everybody.
I have a scheduler who got frustrated with me for verifying questions. Then I had problems with submitting the eval. I was traveling, wasn't sure if it was the internet or what was happening.. The last time I emailed her, she said, "We don't have any problems with people submitting".( ls
Shesee that I had the E vowel finished. Why wouldn't I submit it if I could) Basically accusing me of lying. She canceled both of my apartment jobs that I had traveled 3 hours to get to, and 3 hours on the evals, plus gas in California, $5 a gallon still. . I was late submitting them because the communication through emails was so difficult, as always.
She has canceled me completely from the company.
(Because she can)
Has anyone had to handle things like this? What did you do?
I've been working a good part-time for 12 years, and I've never had anyone do this.
My stats are generally 8-10.
Any recourse?
I had no warning, of course, just found out from applying for shops and not having them accepted.

So sorry you’re dealing with that. Been there as well, and the communication style and behavior sound very familiar.

Would the MSC initials be GH and the initials of the scheduler be LM?

Wow! That's so wrong! I am always amazed at things schedulers are allowed to get away with, with no recourse. I am so sorry!!!

Bob opines--The market consolidation of numerous MSCs into a few much larger companies, has not only, in a negative manner, fostered the Arab:camel business model but also a "dime a dozen" attitude toward shoppers. It has especially been apparent in the continual reduction of fees and/or the absence of inflation adjustment. The companies are acutely aware many ICs are desperate for money and must "grin and bare it!"
There are multiple threads going about what I assume is the mystery shopping company that you are discussing. All of the issues that you bring up have happened to other shoppers. So she's lying when she's saying that no other shoppers have any issues. This is, of course, if is the mystery shopping company that you are talking about. I'm really sorry that this happened to you.
I didn't realize this had been discussed so much. I've been working in the field for 12 years, but just can't find my way around this forum too well.
