ISS email blocked

I am having an issue with emails blocked from ISS, specifically prismintelligence senders. I have tried 2 different yahoo accounts and a gmail account, but my e-mail providers keep blocking their messages. The messages do not go to spam either...just never received. Anyone else have this issue?

I use yahoo and get ISS emails. Some go to my spam folder and some to my inbox, I keep having to remind Yahoo what is spam and what isn't. But no, messages aren't being blocked by Yahoo. Heck, they won't block anything, no matter how scammy/spammy, it just goes to the spam folder.

I actually don't remember getting emails from them for shops.

But apparently since I have their app installed, I'll get an indication, I don't know what it's called, on my phone that new shops have posted.

I'm not having any issues with ISS emails that I know of. But for some reason Ipsos Shopmetrics emails don't come to me. Not in spam, not my inbox, not trash. I never get them. I accidentally found this afternoon that a shop had been returned from yesterday's trip, and I would never have known about it if I hadn't gone to look for more shops to do after the holiday.

When I open the website, I get the message that it is blocked. I just click on (I think accept ) and it goes away until the next time I open the site.

ISS has an app that's where I complete my shops. Usually while I'm still in the establishment. Restaurants and bars mostly. Can't upload the receipt until I've cashed out
