What places to avoid?

You do realize that different clients have different "lines in the sand" so to speak about guidelines not being followed. Some clients are more lenient, some are not. Maybe this grocery client has a strict guideline adherence policy.

Avoid 360 relay. Avoid Randi Hardiman. The instructions did not say not to shop the drive thru if the inside wasn't open. I called like I was supposed to and verified they were open. When I got there only the drive thru was open. I tried ti get a hold of someone to make sure what to do. There was no answer. I had to move forward and drive home. I did the shop through the drive through. She refused to pay me and took away the other shop I had planned for the next day. She lied and said that other shop was no longer available. My sister checked her account and it was still available. I called her out on the lie so she blocked me from picking up shops. Really shady and disrespectful and dishonest!

She’s always looking for the slightest flaw to reject a shop - real or imagined. Hopefully they lost the grocery store shops due to her screwing over so many shoppers. I suspect she submits the shops she rejects, since the mistakes are so minor. Other companies would let a slight error slide or allow a correction but not that BOW. She shows contempt for the people who make a profit for her and treats them like dirt. In any other industry her behavior would be vilified. When you cut them off they try to worm their way back using other schedulers. I’m sure it’s orchestrated by her. How her schedulers tolerate the stunts she pulls is beyond comprehension.

I realize that Viv, esp. since I performed several of these shops for them prior. If there was an error on my part, that would be one thing. If it was the employee’s fault - ex. No name tag, MIA, etc., to try to force the shopper to go back or ditch the shop is a bit extreme. I’m not going back to ask someone’s effing name and expose my identity. She gives people no options to fix anything and is very dismissive in her approach,
Do you realize some of these schedulers are nasty shrews who treat people who support them like the crap they scrape off their shoe?

I looked up the grocery store shops. It appears they lost the contract. LOL!
I've only encountered one editor in over 10 years of shoping who I thought was 'out to get shoppers'... and never had these thoughts of any schedulers. Yes, some seem to be 'airheads' or something like that, but honestly guidelines are what they are. If you don't want to get everyone's name, even if they refuse to wear a name tag then don't take the shop.
WE don't get to decide what are small mistakes, and what are big ones. WE don't get to decide what will out us as shoppers and what will not.... all we get to do is follow guidelines. That's the way it is and you can either go with it or find other work...

I get it Viv. I don’t think it was even not getting a name. I don’t remember the particulars, I just shelved it. I can’t see the employee name tags when they’re standing behind a seafood cooler. I do this in spite of knowing that the employee gets tipped off by what at first blush must sound like a pick up line. It was something much more minor and there was a valid reason why the minute detail wasn’t provided. I’m sure it would have been acceptable with an explanation. There is a fine line where the client must know it risks blowing the shopper’s cover - not that the MSC cares. I care more than they do. I could whip up a better survey in my sleep than some of these worthless MSCs.
