You do realize that different clients have different "lines in the sand" so to speak about guidelines not being followed. Some clients are more lenient, some are not. Maybe this grocery client has a strict guideline adherence policy.

Avoid 360 relay. Avoid Randi Hardiman. The instructions did not say not to shop the drive thru if the inside wasn't open. I called like I was supposed to and verified they were open. When I got there only the drive thru was open. I tried ti get a hold of someone to make sure what to do. There was no answer. I had to move forward and drive home. I did the shop through the drive through. She refused to pay me and took away the other shop I had planned for the next day. She lied and said that other shop was no longer available. My sister checked her account and it was still available. I called her out on the lie so she blocked me from picking up shops. Really shady and disrespectful and dishonest!
She’s always looking for the slightest flaw to reject a shop - real or imagined. Hopefully they lost the grocery store shops due to her screwing over so many shoppers. I suspect she submits the shops she rejects, since the mistakes are so minor. Other companies would let a slight error slide or allow a correction but not that BOW. She shows contempt for the people who make a profit for her and treats them like dirt. In any other industry her behavior would be vilified. When you cut them off they try to worm their way back using other schedulers. I’m sure it’s orchestrated by her. How her schedulers tolerate the stunts she pulls is beyond comprehension.
