I have done several shop's through observa,and been paid for most of them but the last 2 years everytime i attempt one it gets rejected. This time i did the observation i thought to a perfection submitted it and forgot about it for 13days decided to check on it and it was still in the submitted category it didn't say pending or under review or anything about it so i sent a support ticket in and it wasn't an hour later i got a notification saying it was a failed submission with absolutely no option to fix it i think i'm done with this company i feel like they are getting what they wasn't and then rejecting all submissions does anyone else have any experience with this company in 2025. hopefully the experience was better than mine.

I completely agree. I have several apps that I do picture jobs for. I’m at close to 100% acceptance from those. It is ridiculous how easily they will reject a shop. And it’s not user-friendly. It’s super hard to see your pictures after you’ve taken them. Not worth my time anymore!

I tried Observa once.. I stopped at several stores on my way home from Mobile, AL, I took all the pictures they said they wanted. Did everything they asked, they picked at every picture, wasn't right, couldn't be right, can't be made up (as if I was going to drive 4 - 6 hours back for $5 per shop, it would have been a total of $15 or $20), REJECTED, every single one. A few weeks later I tried ONE time at a local store, rejected again. No big deal, never bothered to try it again after that. I haven't even put the Observa app on the last 4 or 5 phones that I purchased.

Not worth the headache. I swear the people who work for them are coached to be as arrogant as humanly possible.

@peacefulSoul8452, YEARS ago, I did a few jobs for Observa. Then I observed, like you, that my jobs were being rejected for what I thought were perfectly submitted jobs. Plus their requirements for their jobs became WAY to detailed for the pay being offered. I dropped Observa like a hot potato!! No regrets.

mobile apps like Observa, Field Agent or Gigwalk used to pay good. Now less and less it doesnot make any sence to do such.

I did one shop for a fee that did not even cover gas. Received notification is was successful. Never got paid, and no one responded to my query. Deleted app and closed my account. Not worth the hassle.
