Market Force Website

Does anyone else have issues with the Market Force website? It constantly crashes or does not log me in. I just had to contact support because I was not able to finish a report due to issues with uploading receipts. The website just times out and refuses to load. It's the same on multiple devices- I've tried it from my phone and laptop.

I'm having the same issue as well and came here to see if anyone else was having problems. I tried the app as well and it just keeps closing. Reinstalled it as well and same issue. I just sent an email to see if they were aware of the problem.
I haven't tried the app, but I emailed them as well. I sent in a helpdesk ticket, but I'm not sure if it went through. Nice to hear that I'm not the only one having issues. I hope they let me finish this report.

Is there a way to block the map from coming up? I don't want the map. I also would like the default to be more than 5 shops when it brings back the results. I know I can put a bigger number and update it at the bottom, but can I set the default to be 20/50/100 or whatever I want?
To set the number of shops you can see per page just scroll to the bottom of the list where it says 5 and type in a zero after the 5 for 50 shops per page or just type 100 in that same box. It changes automatically while you sit there.
yes, i'm aware of how to change it on the screen. I want the default to be more than 5. I shouldn't have to change it every time I log in.
Right?! I click and add two zeros each time before scrolling but why not allow a choice?

Whether you use a smartphone or a computer to submit, trash the MF app and use the website. Then you have no problems with the website.

I hate it with the white-hot intensity of 1,000 suns! But I haven’t had it crash on me. It has started rejecting my pictures. Earlier this year, I’d take a pic with my i-phone, upload it to my craptop then simply upload it to the report and done! Now, it won’t take it. So I have to do a screen cap of the photo once I send it to my laptop and then upload the screen cap.

Annoying!!! But no..it doesn’t crash on me or anything like that.

Another thing...it doesn’t search the entire radius of the zip code you put in. Supposedly it’s scoping up to 200 miles from your zip code or address. For me, that would include Houston and San Antonio. The shops in those cities don’t show up when I input my zip code and set it at 200 miles.
