Heads-up that when I logged into my RBG account, there was a huge warning at the top that I was cut off from receiving new emails announcing shops until I followed some sequence of steps to stop having RBG emails going to my Yahoo spam folder. Only....I NEVER HAD RBG IN MY LIST OF SPAM SENDERS! Like probably everyone else, Yahoo automatically puts many MSP emails (RBG among others) into my spam folder. And, sometimes, certain MSP senders will go to Spam, while other emails from that same company go to my inbox.
I followed the steps to 're-activate' my account with RBG. It also says that if I label an RBG email as spam again and Yahoo tells RBG that it is sending spam, then RBG will again place my account in some sort of 'turned off' status. And I only have a few more times to re-activate it before RBG will permanently stop sending me emails.
I imagine I can't be the only confused person this is happening to, since I never mark RBG emails as spam, and I can't "unspam" RBG since they were never in my spam list to begin with.
