What is MSPA doing about Elite CXS failing to pay shoppers? They were members when the problems started and as far as I can tell, severing that relationship has been the only consequence to them blatantly scamming ICs.@Ginny16 wrote:
Just be aware that all MSPA member Mystery Shopping companies are subject to a Code of Conduct that requires them to behave ethically. They may also be in breach of contract if they de-activate you or fail to pay you (in part or full). Please feel that you can take action against them if they hurt you. You have rights as a consumer.

The MSPA is designed for one thing -- to separate money from gullible people. It has no other reason for existing.

Just like they rate us, we should be able to rate schedulers and editors. Ipsos has gone downhill as of late.
Note - uber drivers and passengers rate each other and it helps the overall ecosystem.

Well, the lady that runs it does really enjoy the 'power' / 'feeling important'.. I can't remember her name but I just remembered sitting at a conference going "is she for real?"
