It's really annoying but isecretshop has been having IT issues over the last couple of weeks.
-they tried to call or text me and then blamed me saying I blocked them. This was not the case and whatever update they did on their systems was preventing them from emailing me.
-the new image recognition software is auto rejecting shops from unclear images. I've had to resubmit almost every time and it is the dumb system rejecting a clear image.
