Anyone shopped for Coyle lately? Hotels?

It's been over a year and a half since I've been assigned a Coyle shop, despite having a 98% overall score with them. Is it still the same scheduler? Any insight is much appreciated.

Rotation?
A Coyle scheduler posted in the past that the hotel rotation requirements were extended as the hotel staff for some of the smaller, boutique properties remembered guests/shoppers for years.
I'm applying for new opportunities that I have not done before, so I don't think it's the rotation aspect.

I did a hotel shop for them in November, but it was scheduled in August (it got moved back by the client). It was the same scheduler that I've interacted with in the past for hotels, initials B.C. She's always been easy going and friendly, and I've reached out to her at times with questions about various topics and she's been responsive, even if just forwarding my questions to their other scheduler (generic scheduling email).
Ok, good to know. I know the scheduler you are referring to. I wonder if S.R. is still scheduling there as well...?

I’ve stopped doing hotel shops for Coyle because they no longer issue full reimbursement. Instead, the client issues a refund, which takes weeks (sometimes months) and multiple emails to Coyle accounting. I’m tired of begging to get reimbursed, so no more hotel shops for me.
Coyle no longer fully reimburses hotels? What? And WHY?
I just looked at two, as I'm in need of a 'date night' with my husband. Both show full reimbursement for the lowest priced room.

This is a technicality. The full cost of the room is still covered. Instead of getting a PayPal with the amount spent, the folio is reversed so the credit charges are refunded. This is not a new practice. In the last year I've had instances where I had to ask accounting and it took about six weeks, and I've also had instances where it was reversed within a day of shop approval.
Yes, the costs are fully covered, but in my experience, waiting for the folio to be reversed takes forever. With one client, I almost filed a credit card dispute because Coyle accounting kept promising a refund, and nothing was happening. It took weeks and many emails to finally get my money back. No more hotel shops for me.
I’ve got a100% after doing many various dining and bar shops but can never get scheduled for any hotel shops.
I love Coyle, but I hate that their system is so confusing. I have a great score, but I often get passed for certain shops. Then, I'll get one I didn't think I would. One time they waited over 8 weeks to assign a shop, so I pulled the application. Like I wish the system made sense and had consistency.
I’m doing the “fancy” chicken shop next week and have done hotels as well. It’s a pain in the u know what and also the new site they moved to last year isn’t great either.
They didn't move to a new website, shopmetrics 'remodeled'... all companies that use that platform are the same.

Truth be told I was one of the people who complained about the new site on here, but I've gotten used to it and the map feature is helpful for finding "day trip" shops.

Yes - this is an issue with Coyle and it seems like it’s happening more and more - long (months and months) to get the reversals happens more often than it used to. It doesn’t always happen - but it’s not unusual now in my experience to have to wait 4-6 months for thousands of dollars to be reversed or paid out.
