I scored 10/10 for everything I’ve done for them. I’m not bidding on jobs that require me to go out of pocket and wait weeks for reimbursement/reversal when I’m expected to be on time and write perfect reports.
A agree their bidding strategy is less than endearing. I’ve bid on several jobs and had to decline or pull applications because they take so long to approve, and never let you know if they assigned it to someone else.
And…now they’re beginning the month with lowball rates just like many others discussed on this forum, and no one is biting.
I bid based on the usual 3rd-4th week postings….which they end up paying anyway…and I’m not going to keep bidding the same amount every week.
I’m deleting most of their emails now, because I honestly don’t have time to waste playing games when I can be working for others who respect my time and results enough to respond and schedule promptly so I can plan my time and do my best.
