Any other apartment shop companies for Southern California?

Hi all, Does anybody know if there are other companies (other than EPMS/Grace Hill) that offer apartment shops in S.California? Thanks!

Cirrus, but be forewarned: slowest paying MSC in the biz, and sometimes you have to chase them for payments.

The head scheduler also seems bipolar. Also lots of back and forth with editors and you will have to wait weeks, and chase your payments.

They were my bread and butter for the longest time when I was all about building up A/R balances. Now I can no longer wait that long for payment.

I actually had nice relationships with both the owner and main scheduler. They threw me quite a few bones back when I was highly active for them.
