pizza shops with RBG/Sinclair

I occasionally do the shops for a pizza place that historically has a red roof. I thought I received an email they were going to move these to the Sinclair Customer Metrics platform, but I can't find the email. I was just curious if they put in a date that they may switch platforms.

Did anyone else get this email and did they note when they would switch over?
TIA

I think the email just said something vague like "later in 2026."
That will be a bummer. The Sinclair software platform is vastly inferior to the Sassie platform. I do not like hearing this possible change.

Seeing how freaking slow the SCM website is, this translates to "early 2027"

Have synthesizers, will travel...

I am hoping it will be all on one page instead of having to page through every 3 questions. I haven't used Sinclair's platform in a few years, so I don't know if any of it has changed.
I do these, freeze the pizza, and then use the slices on my "pizza diet"
which is: AM cofee, vitamins, one slice of pizza at noon, one slice of pizza for dinner, lots of water all day.

Do this for a few days, and I hate pizza, so I don't eat much of it unless I am REALLY hungry! the diet works (at least for me...LOL!) the longest I have stayed on it is six days.
And you can rack up points for... MORE PIZZA!

yessss. I had enough to get a pizza, breadsticks and cinnamon rolls totally free.

They changed the points program recently. I thought, wow, how did I get all these thousands of points? Then it turns out they just inflated everything. I think it's still about the same proportions, but I haven't fully checked on it yet. I'm busy enough with other shops anyway in the meantime.
I've also seen these pizza tasks appear as blue pins on the "otter" app.
yea, I love the Pizza points.. I get wings because wings are never one of the required purchases, and I don't really like pizza.
The Sinclair platform already has the pizza chain named for the Roman emperor that Brutus stabbed, I assume we are talking about "Jabba the ---" for this one?

If so that's kind of a bummer IMO. While I got angry at RBG for reducing base from $10 to $8, some locations near me would bonus up pretty nicely when it was still on the main RBG platform. My experience with the Sinclair platform is they will wait about 3 months and then raise the $5 fee to $7, that's "bonusing" over there.
Heads up on the "Jabba" pizza - they are still on the Sassie platform and now require four additional pizza photos. This closely resembles the "mutilated pizza" shops of years gone by. It includes countless new ways of getting grease all over your hands, clothes, vehicle, phone, etc!
uh-oh...i just picked up the pep/sausage/mushroom requirement one. Is this the one you are referring to @sestrahelena ?

I scheduled one for yesterday (4/14) and then when I went to submit the report, all the pizza shops were adjusted to be from 4/15-4/20 and I couldn't save my report. I still have the email that said it was assigned for and was due on 4/14, so I uploaded a copy of that with the report this morning. I wonder how many others were affected by this. At least my other shop (which I plan on 4/20) is OK. I also contacted the scheduler about it. Hopefully what I did yesterday will still be accepted.
I thought I was losing it. I'm going to do this too!

Well, it's good to know it wasn't me that screwed up. I had one scheduled 4/14, did the shop, and when I went to enter it, found I couldn't because the date had been changed. I thought I had scheduled wrong. So I ended up out of pocket for a pizza that I never would have actually bought. This isn't the first time this project has cost me. Twice before an oddball topping was pre-checked on the order form, way at the bottom, and voided my shop because I didn't notice.

You shouldn't have to pay out of pocket for this one. Submit your shop from 4/14 ASAP and let them know what happened with the scheduling.
Once I realized the phrase in the long red paragraphs that said, "Do not shop before 4/15" I didn't even take pictures. Just put it in my records as a business loss. I thought I screwed up the date until I saw these comments.
My shop was accepted with a rating of 10, but I suspect that was because I signed up for and received an email saying my shop was due 4/14. This will thankfully not be an issue for anyone doing shops between 4/15-4/20.
I think I might not even bother and just let the shop fall off. I don't need the pizza that bad if I have to do all these extra steps

It looks like you can do it any date from 4/15-4/20, but if you were set on 4/14 and won't be near that same location until after 4/20, then yeah, I guess just let it fall off. You may want to send a quick message to them to avoid any sort of penalty for not doing the shop, though.
it's not a date issue for me. i don't know if i need the $8 bad enough to justify mangling the pizza. It's nothing special. I would rather do a no fee TXRH and not be told what to order.
I've done enough of these shops that I have no problem "mangling" the pizza. But that leaves more for us to do if you prefer to do other shops. The same would apply for other types of shops I wouldn't care to do that others might have already mastered.
I saw these recently on Sassie. I got banned because I ordered a pizza too early for their unclear guidelines. Regular price pizza is for the birds lol

When did you order? Order ahead or "ASAP" order? I thought the recent shops said "any time the store is open".

Perhaps this was from a previous shop where they required a certain time frame for the order. I'm glad they changed it to any time the store is open, at least for this round of shops.
I had the same thing (picked it up the night before), except I didn't even know it was changed until after I'd ordered the pizza and went to do the first part of the form and I couldn't because it wouldn't "open" until the next day. Emailed the scheduler, and he adjusted the date for me. It was submitted and accepted without issue.
